HOW TO GET STARTED. IT'S EASY!
STEP I — Register (Registration opens May 15th)
There are two ways to register your child or youth group:
1. Online by filling out our LemonAiD Registration form.
2. In person at a Salvation Army location. Click here for the list of locations.
STEP II — Choose the Day, Time and Location for your stand. The LemonAiD Campaign runs June 2 - July 15 to allow scheduling flexibility. Pick a date and time that work for your scehdule!
STEP III — Promote. Promotion is key. Let your family, friends and neighbors know about your stand with flyers, emails, social media and signs.
STEP IV — Secure your supplies.
STEP V — Hold your LemonAiD Stand! And please remember to post photos on our Facebook page.
Saturday, July 15th - Columbus Crew MAPFRE Stadium - Drop In 11 a.m.-1 p.m. All LemonAiD participants and their families/youth leader will be invited to the Grand Finale. Participants will pour their LemonAiD proceeds in the giant Salvation Army Kettle, receive a LemonAiD T-shirt, and enjoy food and games. The Salvation Army will use 100% of the proceeds to help poverty-stricken children in Franklin & Delaware counties by providing hot meals, after-school and summer enrichment programs.
If you are unable to attend the Finale, you may mail or drop off your LemonAiD proceeds at The Salvation Army, 966 E. Main Street, Columbus, OH 43205.
